Please bring your social security card and driver's license.

You will fill out and submit a credit application.

Equifax Credit Bureau: APR 24%

If accepted, you will have 8 months to make payments beginning one month after you receive your purchase. Finance charges are added onto the invoice at the time of purchase. If you pay the full amount within 90 days we will rebate the finance charges.

For add-on purchases or if you cancel the 90-day agreement, you will be given the rebate based on the length of time you have left on the contract.
